1. General Rules

Spaces in the hostel are provided on the condition that:

Citizens of the Russian Federation show:

• a Russian Federation Passport:

• A passport for foreign travel
• Military personal identification – for officers of the Russian Federation Armed Forces
• An identity card of the Russian armed forces – for soldiers, sailors, sergeants, officers, and those continuing their service or contact
• A sailors passport – for citizens and workers on Russian ships engaged in overseas navigation or on foreign ships

Foreign Citizens show:

• A foreign passport showing citizenship, any other document with an established federal mark, or one which is recognized through international agreement by the Russian Federation as a valid document of identity
• A migration card, filled out upon entry of the Russian Federation

To stay in the hostel:

• Without an accompanying adult children must be over 14 years old or more
• Children over 5 years old must be accompanied by an adult of their gender
• Children over 10 years old may be accompanied by an adult of either gender
• Children under 5 with an accompanying adult are not considered as taking up their own place (rather they are included along with the adult)

It is prohibited to bring pets or domestic animals into the hostel.

Accommodation is not available for those with limited mobility.

Payment for accommodation is in accordance with the time of check-out: from 12:00 of that day, local time.

The price of a place in the hostel as well as the form of payment will be decided by the hostel administration.

The hostel administration reserves itself the right (subject to the availability of free places) to accommodate other guests in your room, regardless of gender or age, according to the category of the room.

1. Accommodation Policies

In the hostel cleaning takes place once every twenty-four hours (from 11:00 to 15:00).

It is compulsory to keep noise down between 22:00 and 09:00 in accordance with the Krasnoyarsk State 'Administrative Offenses' laws, statues 1.1 and 1.3 as of 27.04.2013.

Guests in the hostel must comply by the fire safety regulations and sanitary rules.

Damage to hostel property will result in a fine, the amount of which will be decided by the hostel administration

Leaders, accompanying school groups, take full responsibility for the stay of the group in the hostel.

For the sake of your and our safety in the hostel there is twenty-four hour security and video surveillance, as permitted by the laws of the Russian Federation.

1. Storage of baggage and valuable items

Every sleeping place is provided with an individual locker and key.

According to guests wishes baggage and valuable items may be entrusted to the hostel administration for safe keeping.

The hostel administration does not take responsibility for items not entrusted to its care!

The loss of keys to the individual lockers will result in a fine, as decided by the hostel administration.

1. Prohibited in the hostel:

• Smoking in any areas of the hostel, in agreement with the laws of the Russian Federation 'On the prohibition of smoking in common areas' as of 1 June, 2014.
• The consumption of alcoholic drinks or use of drugs. We refuse to accommodate guests who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Disturbance of general order
• Bringing guests into the hostel at night time (after 22:00)
• The storage or possession of cumbersome items, weapons, drugs, explosives, chemicals, radioactive or highly flammable materials, mercury.
• Violation of the codes of conduct

If the codes of conduct are violated the hostel administration reserves the right to evict the violator at any time without the return of payments for their stay.
